About Us

All surveys are carried out by Terry Williams.
Terry started work as an assistant to a Chartered Surveyor in the summer of 1960, working in a small private practice. He undertook study and qualified in 1966 and was elected as a professional associate in 1967. In 1978 he was elected a Fellow of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
During the course of his 50 plus years in surveying, Terry has had a varied experience, starting in private professional practices, moving to local authorities and statutory bodies and then to a major national building society, as an "in-house" surveyor.
In 1976, he started his own private practice, which continues today.
Although enthusiastic about modern information technologies, he firmly believes in the "old fashioned" values of service. This is applied with a rigid ethical code, upon which clients can rely unswervingly. His firm belief is that it is important to provide a flexible and individually tailored service required by a client.
From this stance, his practice has emerged as being all about satisfying the clients' needs. This has led to an active business, based on personal reputation and recommendation.
